About Us

We are a traditional, family-run barbers with a modern and contemporary style. Our barbers are passionate about making you look great.

Established in 1995 Legends Barbers is a family run business which offers a modern and contemporary style whilst maintaining that old fashioned barbers service in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We have a highly skilled team of barbers who are all qualified to the highest standard of an NVQ Lvl 3 in barbering with 6 of our team now reaching master barber status. We are one of the first barbers in Berkshire to be accredited by the Barbers Association.

The male grooming trade is booming and us chaps do like a pampering now and again, that’s why at Legends we pride ourselves on keeping up-to-date with the best quality products and offering the perfect shave with our skincare specialists. Legends prides itself on giving their customers a first class service at reasonable prices and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Who We Are

Jim Taylor

Owner

Shaving / Skincare Specialist

Jim opened Legends in 1995 alongside brother Mike.

He has been barbering for 17 years and is highly skilled in all areas of clipper and scissor work. His other specialisms include mod cuts and longer scissor cuts.

Jim also teaches his techniques to students in colleges around the country.

Hannah Taylor

Hannah is a highly skilled barber who is the bubbly, chatty one in the shop. She is great to be around and excels at making people feel comfortable and happy.

Hannah has been in the trade since she left school and works hard to make sure she is always up with the latest trends and techniques.
